Our 1600 square foot aerobic studio has a state-of-the-art bowflex floor that greatly reduces joint impact.
Garden Health & Fitness has the Trixter X-Bike, that unlike traditional spin bikes, incorporates upper body movement with handle-bars that move laterally while you ride.
Garden Health & Fitness offers a full range of both Matrix selectorized machines and Life Fitness selectorized machines. Our lower free weight room includes Leg press, Hack squat, Smith Machine, Squat Racks, Incline Presses, Cable Crossovers, and Dumbbells from 10-110 lbs. We have benches from Bovine Strength Systems and a Nautilus X-P load circuit. Plate-loaded equipment is a great way to use free weights with the safety of a machine's fixed range of motion.
Our newly remodeled women's locker room offers both a steam room and dry sauna.
In an effort to support sustainability, each MPC member receives a free personal towel and a water canteen, perfect for staying properly hydrated with our filtered water stations.
We offer a café stocked with fresh, healthy sandwiches and snacks made to order. Now proudly serving Carmel Valley Coffee Roasting Co. coffee
We offer plenty of free vehicle parking so you can efficiently enter and exit.

History
Garden Health & Fitness has been on the Monterey Peninsula for nearly 30 years. Originally, Garden Racquetball Club, Garden Health & Fitness was a popular venue for racquetball players and competitions.
Garden Health & Fitness changed to new ownership in September of 2005 and has been extensively remodeled. It has evolved into a full service fitness facility catering to the greater Monterey Area. We are exceptionally proud of our three weight rooms, extensive selection of cardio equipment, outdoor pool and hot-tub, 1600 square foot aerobic studio, and private training facility.
We encourage everyone to come and take a tour of all the wonderful new amenities Garden Health & Fitness has to offer.

Sustainability
In an effort to support sustainability the fitness club has set up a filtered water station - perfect for staying properly hydrated. Members who participate in the MPC program will receive (one time) a BPA-free aluminum water canteen as well as a personal sweat towel each time they check in to use the gym. We do offer an option for towel service for an additional fee.
